Features Estimast Lite
This application has been designed to make it easier to generate quick quotes and invoices while on the go.
It allows the user to create a list of items that can be easily selected into a job, then have the quantity adjusted to suit, or new items can be created within a job for one-off items.Features are as follow.
Clients.
Client information can be entered manually or downloaded from existing contact details, it can also be uploaded to your phone contacts if you wish.
Start a phone call or email from a simple press of a button.
Map directions available if address is included.
Jobs.
Job details are simply a title, description and total amount calculated from the list of selected items.
Items can be added to the job one at a time, or multiple selected from the catalogue of items you have created.
The list of items for a job can be searched and sorted by name or value.
Items.
Each item requires a code field with an optional description.
All items have a cost / unit field, but only have a quantity and total field when they are part of a job.
Quotes.
Available through the job details screen after at least one item has been added to the job.
Quote prefix and terms can be altered for each quote if you wish.
You can choose to show either the details of the job, the list of items in the job, or both.
Quotes are in PDF format and can be easily viewed or emailed through the quotes screen.
Invoices.
Available through the job details screen after at least one item has been added to the job.
Invoice prefix and terms can altered for each invoice if you wish.
You can choose to show either the details of the job or the list of items in the job, or both.
Invoices are in PDF format and can be easily viewed or emailed through the invoice screen.
Payments can also be added in this screen, generating a new invoice with the total payments shown in the invoices paid to date field.
Once a job has been invoiced it is no longer possible to alter the items for that job without removing all invoices generated against it.
Preferences.
Accessible from the first screen, this is where your company details go.
Default prefix and terms are found here for both Quotes and Invoices.
The amount of tax charged is set here, and whether or not item prices already have tax included.
Default options to show or hide job details and item list are found here.
Database and Preferences backup and restore options are available.
Permissions.
All permissions are optional.
Storage- Allows the app to access phone storage, used for database & preference backup.
Contacts- Gives access to the phones contact list to download or upload client contact details.
Telephone- Allows a single button press to dial the clients number, otherwise it will the number will appear in the phone dialling screen waiting for you to start the call.
Email and Maps- these will bring up a list of apps for you to choose from, either single use, every time, or cancel.The application contains no advertising, now or in the future, and will always remain free to use.Estimate icons created by Freepik - Flaticon
